Shipping & Returns

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY


Kodiak Breakers & Supplies, Inc. will ship all orders received before 12:00 p.m. AST on the same day unless otherwise specified.  Orders received after 12:00 may be shipped the following day.  Orders received after 12:00 p.m. on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday unless otherwise specified.

Your order will be filled on the same day if we have the item in stock and you contact us prior to 12:00 p.m.  If we don't have the item in our warehouse, but we're able to find it for you, we will strive to ship it to you on the same day.  For those items that may be difficult to locate we will contact you immediately to let you know the status of your request.

Shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Postal Service rates and are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

1)  Please contact us immediately if you need to return or exchange an item.  Emailsales@kodiakbreakers.com or call 907.688.2888 for an RGA form (Returned Goods Authorization)

2)  If an item is missing and/or damaged a claim needs to be placed within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise.  

3)  The items must be received by us in saleable condition unless the item is found to be defective.

4)  All returns/exchanges need to be made within 15 days of the invoice date and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

CUSTOMER RETURNS

Please note that shipping costs for returns/exchanges will be the customer's responsibility unless the order was filled incorrectly or the item was deemed defective.

RETURN FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE

1)  There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returned merchandise unless we sent you the item in error or you received it in a damaged condition.  Shipping and Handling fees will not be reimbursed unless we shipped the incorrect item or it was damaged.

2)  Once we receive the returned item we will normally process the credit or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.

3)  The refund will be applied to your customer account unless otherwise specified.  We will apply the refund to your account consistent with your original form of payment.
